Privacy Policy
This policy describes verified behavior for the Google Play release com.meeddev.cepnabiz.

2. Local financial data
Your display-name preference, income, budget, fixed expenses, savings goal, transactions, assets, and settings are stored only on your device in local Hive storage. No bank account is connected.
3. Receipt scanning
A receipt image you choose from the camera or gallery is processed on-device with the bundled Google ML Kit text-recognition component. It is not uploaded to a Meed Dev server. OCR text is not automatically kept as a permanent archive; only transaction fields you confirm become a local record.
4. Network, accounts, and SDKs
- There is no active remote-request path in app code; backend and LLM URLs are empty/stubs. The packaged Android manifest includes INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE through dependencies, but no code path was found that transmits financial, receipt, or profile data.
- No account creation, login, email/phone profile, or cloud sync.
- No ads, analytics, Firebase, Supabase, crash reporting, location, microphone, contacts, health, or payment SDK.
5. Permissions
Camera and photo/media access are used only for the optional receipt scanner. You can deny them and enter transactions manually.
6. Sharing, security, and retention
We do not collect, sell, or share your financial data. Local records remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Device lock and backup security depend on your operating-system settings.
7. Deletion
Settings → Privacy → “Delete all data” permanently clears transactions, goals, assets, and app settings from the device. Individual transactions and assets can also be deleted. There is no online account, so web account deletion does not apply.
8. Support emails
If you email us, your address and message are processed to resolve the request. Do not send financial statements, receipt photos, or banking details. Request deletion at the privacy address.
Child safety and audience
This web disclosure does not identify child-directed targeting, knowingly requesting personal data from children, or anonymous/random chat for this app. The target audience, age rating, and Google Play Families declaration must be made by the developer to match the app's actual content and current release.
Google Play Data Safety alignment
This disclosure must be reviewed together with the app's current source, permissions, SDKs, and network behavior. If app behavior changes, this policy and the Play Console Data Safety declaration must be updated before release.
Account deletion
If this release has no account creation, an online account-deletion flow does not apply. If account creation is added, an accessible in-app and external path to delete the account and associated data must be provided before release.
